WHO WE ARE

We're a small, independent craft brewery built on a passion for great beer, hard work, and community.

The brewery was founded by Sam, a brewer whose career has taken him across the world. After gaining experience brewing in both New Zealand, Scotland, and working as a distiller producing whisky, he developed a vision for creating a brewery of his own - a place where quality beer and good company come together.

Together with his wife, Laura, Sam has made Scotland home. Laura helps run the taproom and plays a key role in creating the welcoming atmosphere that makes our brewery more than just a place to enjoy a pint.

As a family-run brewery, we're passionate about becoming part of the local community. We wanted to create a space where friends, families, visitors, and beer lovers can come together to enjoy fresh craft beer, great food, local events, and good conversation.

Our brewing philosophy combines traditional craftsmanship with inspiration gathered from years spent working in breweries and distilleries around the world. Every beer we produce reflects that experience, along with our commitment to quality and consistency.
